We work with volunteer attorneys in the community who donate pro bono time to serve you. We work hard to connect you to as many legal services as possible.

To be screened for our services, call the CLEAR Hotline at 888-201-1014.

This hotline is open Monday through Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Screeners take calls from across the state, so they are very busy. You will likely need to call every 5-10 minutes to get through. Once your call has been answered, you will speak with a Screener who will determine eligibility based on your household income. We accept individuals with incomes up to twice the federal poverty level. If you are eligible for services, you will be transferred to an attorney who will listen to your case, give you limited legal advice and forms, and then refer you to the appropriate agency. You can also visit WashingtonLawHelp.org | Helpful information about the law in Washington for self-help guidance and forms.
